ImmoHero24 –

Why We Exist

For now this will be in English, as I do not want it to lose meaning.

Before founding ImmoHero24, I had planned—and crossed —nearly 20 startups. Each one taught me something valuable. But this one is different. This one is personal.

When my family moved to Germany, my father had to pay a real estate agent—just to secure an apartment. We weren’t scammed, but the experience was deeply unjust. We were charged more simply because of our name. A name that, means "the honourable."

What we went through is not unique. Finding an apartment in Germany can be a painful, often discriminatory process—especially for immigrants, single parents, the elderly, students, and working families. Without paying large sums, the process becomes Kafkaesque: complex, opaque, and dehumanizing.

In the summer of 2023, I interned at a real estate agency during a time when Germany’s central bank was aggressively raising interest rates to combat inflation. The result was that people couldn’t afford to buy homes, and rental demand soared. It was a moment of clarity.

I connected the dots. The market wasn’t broken—it was built this way. So I joined forces with experts across real estate, law, and tech to create a better alternative. A platform that helps people access housing with fairness, transparency, and dignity.

ImmoHero24 is improving everyday —with one goal in mind;

To help more people find a place they can call home.

Justice Is Not a Luxury—It’s a Right

People often ask me why we support tenants in legal disputes.

The answer is simple: justice is part of our mission.

My parents named me The Knight —someone who fights for what’s right, whether on the battlefield, in chess, or in court. When I moved to Munich, I quickly saw how many people were silently suffering under the weight of unaffordable rents. It is clear that rent is the biggest financial burden most people face. And in most cases, it’s unjustified.

Germany has strong tenant protection laws. The problem is that most people don’t know how to use them—and can’t afford to. So we created a legal financing model that removes the financial risk from tenants. We front the legal costs, and if the landlord has broken the law, they pay. That’s fairness in action.

> One conversation with a fellow LMU student brought this home. She paid €1,500 a month for a one-bedroom apartment—while her family in Mexico sacrificed to support her education. This isn’t just a legal issue. It’s a moral one. This isn't just a Germany issue. It's an international one.

> Not long ago, I had another conversation in a small café with an elderly woman who reminded me deeply of my own grandmother. She told me, with visible pain in her eyes, that her landlord was trying to evict her after more than ten years of paying her rent on time—simply to raise the rent for the next tenant. She shared her story openly and vulnerably. It wasn’t just about losing an apartment; it was about losing her sense of stability, dignity, and the place she calls home. We took on her case without hesitation. And we won—not just for her, but for every person who feels powerless in the face of injustice.

This is why ImmoHero24 exists: to make sure no one has to fight alone.

That’s why we take on as many cases as we can, so that we can help as many people as we can.

To the Landlords Exploiting the System

To those charging unfair rents in Germany: become a "Fair-Mieter"—or know this:

- We will find you.

- And we will take legal action.

- And we will win because the law is on the side of justice.

And to the critics who think the “free market” should solve everything:

I believe in markets. But I draw the line when working people can’t afford to live with dignity, just so someone else can afford another Rolex or Porsche.

At ImmoHero24, we stand for fairness,

accountability, and access to housing as a fundamental right!
